Adrián Mejía – WordPress Contribution Project

In this post, I introduce my contribution project as part of the WordPress Credits program for the course Computación y Sociedad.

My project focuses on contributing to the WordPress Core team through testing activities. Specifically, I will work on identifying, reproducing, and validating bugs using the official Trac platform.

This contribution will allow me to gain practical experience in software testing, understand how open-source projects operate, and develop skills related to quality assurance and collaborative development.

At this stage, I have already defined my project and prepared my website to document the entire process.

Next, I will begin working with the WordPress testing environment and start exploring real tickets in Trac.
